RETURN POLICY
Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days from the purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Complete our Return Form.
Our Customer Care team will review your request and send a Return Authorization email within 1 business day.
You will then receive a unique Return Authorization number with step-by-step instructions.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and gifts included.
Returns without a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Items must not be sent to the manufacturer.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Processing
Returns are processed within 15 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
If items do not meet the conditions above, they will be sent back to you and your refund request declined.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, followed by a Refund Confirmation email.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may also return items to your nearest GUYEHI STUDIOS store within 15 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and forms.
Our sales team will verify eligibility upon arrival.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method on the same day.
You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once processed.
If you’ve received a Refund Confirmation but don’t see your refund, please check with your bank first. If they cannot locate it, reach out to Customer Care for further assistance.
