  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • For pre-order or made-to-order items, processing time may vary. Details will be noted on the product page.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days.
  • Other locations in Vietnam: 2–5 business days depending on the area.
  • International orders: 7–14 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.
  • Note: Delivery time may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays. We will promptly notify you of any expected delays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is available for domestic orders over VND 3,000,000.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on the courier’s rate and clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.

6. Order Responsibility

  • We ensure all items are carefully packed and delivered exactly as ordered.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If there is any sign of damage or tampering, kindly refuse the parcel and contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
