(1) Neck circumference: Measure around the base of the neck...

(3) Shoulder width: Measure from the end of one shoulder across the back...
(4) Waist circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist (2–3 cm above navel)...
(5) Hip circumference: Measure around the widest part of the hips...
(6) Bicep circumference: Measure around the largest part of the upper arm...
(7) Shirt length: Measure from the shoulder down to desired length...
Sleeve length: Measure from the end of the shoulder down to the wrist...
Wrist circumference: Measure around the wrist.
(8) Pants length: Measure from waist to ankle...
Rise (Crotch): Measure from front waist through crotch to back waist...
Special Notes
- If the client has a unique body posture (uneven shoulders, larger abdomen, hunchback, etc.), note it down to adjust the design accordingly.
- Record all measurements using a consistent unit (cm).
- Ensure the client stands straight and relaxed throughout the measuring process.

- Always double-check the measurements for accuracy.
- If necessary, take photos of the client’s posture or measurement points for reference during the design process.
